I love this chair, it's great for heavy people. My previous chair didn't support my weight (300) as well. This chair is comfortable enough that when I sit at my desk, sometimes I don't want to get up. It has great lumbar support...I had lower back pain for a couple weeks, and after a few days of sitting in this chair, my back felt better. Shows how important proper support is! The chair rolls, reclines, and swivels fine. I would definitely buy one again. My only complaint about the chair is the arms. The arms wiggle a little becuase they tried to make them super adjustable. Only think you have to do is tighten the knobs every few weeks, not a big deal.

It wasn't a mainstream brand, so I didn't have my hopes too high. But I was pleasantly surprised, this chair is even better than the one I used it to replace. The seat is extremely comfortable, and is big enough to give me plenty of shifting space. The adjustable armrests are especially helpful in getting my arms to the right heights to eliminate wrist pain or carpal tunnel. I highly recommend the purchase of this chair, especially for the budget price.

Assembly is pretty easy. Only hard part was getting the back joined to the seat, since both are a bit heavy and you have to get the bolts in while holding it. Aside from that, it's pretty easy, and the only tool you need comes with it. The chair is nice and wide, and the armrests are spacious. The base welding is solid, and it rolls really smooth. The seat is comfortable and the waterfall padding helps. The back is cushy which is great for us shorter, wider folk. The chair has all the adjustable options except or back height adjustment, so that might be a problem if you are very tall. This is a pretty good chair if you need a good big and tall chair

I'm a bigger guy and this thing is rock solid, it feels like it could hold 3 of me. I have a back back and this chair is one of the only office chairs I've owned that I actually look forward to sitting in. For the price, it can't be beat. I can see myself using it for a lot of years.
