This office chair is by far the largest and best built office chair I have ever owned. The instructions for assembling it were very good but you need to know its a big chair and the parts are heavy and a bit awkward to handle during assembly. I would recommend two people for assembly. I have been using the chair for a couple of weeks now and if I had a complaint its that the cushion in the seat is very soft and I find that after sitting in the chair for awhile the cushion will flatten out leaving you with not much cushion between you and the seat. Wish it had a bit firmer foam in the seat as it is sold as a big and tall chair so one would think the foam would be a little more dense. The foam is really the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars as other than that its great chair, especially at this price.Comment Thank you for your feedback! "Shopping experience was very good, chair came quickly and was well packaged. Easy to follow instructions for assembly. I am a big guy and this chair is more than wide enough and deep enough, very well made chair. The seat foam is very soft and when you first sit down it feels very plush but pretty quickly you find that the foam has flattened out and you end up with very little padding in the seat. It seems odd that such a sturdy built chair would use such a low density foam in the seat as the seat is clearly geared for the larger individual. If the seat had just a slightly firmer foam I would give it a five star rating but I expect that eventually I will end up having to add a pad to keep the seat comfortable so that lowers my rating a bit."Comment Thank you for your feedback!
