Purchased these stools for the VFW here. All purchase experiences were great. The delivery, not so much. The company they contracted to deliver the stools called and gave me 20 minutes to meet them and take delivery. Made things a bit difficult since the business was closed at the time. Please keep in mind that if a freight carrier shows up without an appointment, you can simply ask them to take it back to the terminal and call you to reschedule. We pay extra for these appointments, but sometimes the carriers don't always see it on the paperwork as it is a tiny checkbox for the delivery appointment request. We want you to take full advantage of these so when a carrier doesn't follow through, we want them held accountable. We'll reach out to this carrier to report the issue.
