Elegantly Tailored & Highly Ergonomic. Posh is a complete family of advanced ergonomic seating with a refined tailored look. It starts with a rigid, steel frame, tig welded, and reinforced for additional strength. This rugged chassis ensures the durability of all Posh seating.
Sculpted with lavish curves for both support and comfort, Posh is upholstered twice, once with soft Dacron batting, and then finished with a finely crafted cover, richly detailed with French seams and boxed panels. This Posh Ergo Executive High Back Chair has a 450 LB weight capacity and a seat that is 21 inches wide and 20.5 inches deep. A seat slider allows the user to adjust the seat depth from 20.5 to 23 inches. The seat height ranges from 17.5 to 22.5 inches.
PressureCast Foam – thick, supple, high-density foam is molded around the frame for maximum support and comfort.
The Advanced Synchron control allows the entire chair to rock in a synchronized free-float mode. The tension is adjustable and the chair can be locked in 6 different tilt-lock positions.
The backrest reclines 20° (90° to 110°) while the seat reclines 9° (0° to -9°). The Seat to backrest angle is independently adjustable 10° for fine tuning upright posture. The backrest height adjusts 4 inches into 11 different positions using a ratchet; simply lift and click into place.
Air Lumbar – Inflatable lumbar bolster can be adjusted by pumping a bulb underneath the seat and pressing a button to deflate.
Adjustable height and width armrests. The arm height adjusts 4 inches into 10 different positions. The width adjusts 2 inches per side into 6 different positions.
An integrated adjustable headrest conforms to varying thoracic curvature.

I love all the adjustments you can make with this chair to make sure it fits you and you can sit ergonomically. However I am a little concerned about the arms. Since they are height adjustable, they will have some play so that they can be adjusted, but this has not proven an issue with durability. The arms are covered under the 24/7/365 Lifetime Warranty so if there was an issue, it would be resolved.
